Portico Assessments & Awards - Classroom Courses

The Portico Assessment & Awards classroom courses for Spring 2013 can be booked using the UCL Single Training Booking System. Details of the course outline and the course pre-requisites can be found on the Portico Course Page. |

If you are unable to attend any of the classroom sessions but would like to do so then please either use the "Register an interest in course for possible future dates” function in the training booking system or contact us at is-courses {at} ucl.ac.uk. Depending on demand we will either try to arrange an additional session(s) or provide 1-2-1 training.
Please note that these courses will next be repeated in academic year 2013-2014.
Portico Assessments & Awards - Refresher Sessions
The Portico Assessment & Awards Refresher sessions are lecture only sessions lasting one hour. They are aimed at existing users who have already attended a classroom session but who either require a reminder of how to use the functions or to see new features which have been added in the previous year. No booking is required for these sessions. The sessions are approximately one hour long.

Portico Module Registration - Classroom Courses
Classroom courses for Module Registration will run in August and September 2013. These courses have not yet been scheduled. Please check the UCL Single Training Booking System where once scheduled these courses will be advertised.

Demist Admissions (DAS) are normally scheduled to run from mid-October to early November every year and will be announced on these pages by the start of October. If you have any specific training requirements outside of this period then please email is-courses {at} ucl.ac.uk and we will try to arrange a 1-2-1 session with you.The course outline for DAS courses can be found here.

Research Publications Service:
A series of sessions have been arranged to cover RPS and its use in the REF 2014 exercise. Details of these courses can be found on the REF 2014 website.
Radioactive Substances System:
Bookings for the Radioactive Substances System can be made from UCL's Single Training Booking System.
