Student Systems

Portico

Portico is UCL's Student Information System operated by ISD on behalf of the Registry.  Portico registration and support is mainly handled by the Portico Services Office.

Portico Training

Management Systems provide training resources for Portico, including:

• Computer based training on Portico via Moodle
  
• One-to-one or small group training on the SITS Client/Server application (for Faculty Office and Registry staff)
• Seasonal classroom based training for Awards & Assessments and Module Registration processes.

Departmental Admissions System (DAS)

The Departmental Admissions Systems has been developed to allow departments to administer their admissions process using a combination of central Registry data and local departmental data.

DAS is available to registered staff via Staff WTS.

Registration for Demist Admissions

Registration requires authorisation by your Head of Department. Further details of the registration process and application forms can be found on the Administrative Systems registration pages.

Training for DAS

Classroom based training courses are usually held in the winter term to support the start of the new admissions cycle. One-to-one and small-group training is also available on request. Please visit the Administrative Systems training pages for more details.
