Help on Managing Phones

The Services System makes possible for Administrators to request UCL telephone service, including:

• Requesting new extensions
• Re-allocating phone numbers to different people to ensure that the switchboard and directory systems are up-to-date.

Requesting new extensions

Ideally have the UPI available for the person you are managing before you start.  Then just follow these simple steps.

This will generate a work request which is normally actioned within 48 hours.
