What is Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM):
UCL’s Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) system uses EMC’s Documentum software. An EDRM System is a catalogue of documents and records with a method for storing associated data to the document as well as hosting the electronic version file itself.
If you are interested in using the EDRM system, please contact the EDRM Team.
Support for users of the EDRM is available via an online form. This will report the problem to your departmental superuser.
Using Java with EDRM
EDRM requires installation of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). For information on obtaining and installing the JRE, see the Install Java page.
You may also need to add a Security Exception as detailed in this brief guide.
