Advance
ISD operates the Advance alumni system on behalf of the Development and Corporate Communications Office.
Advance is an off-the-shelf product that runs via ADS managed computers.
SmartCall
The SmartCall system is used for managing UCL's telephone fund raising campaigns.
Advance Reports and Add-ons
Registered users can access Advance reports, user maintenance and other add-on functions
Registration
D&CCO staff can register to use Advance and Smartcall by contacting Sue Watts.
