ISD Bulk Account Deletion Process

ISD are in the process of identifying and communicating with owners of accounts that are no longer associated to a person with a valid UCL status. This usually happens when the owner of the account has left and has no open UCL status. ISD have an obligation to ensure that only ‘authorised’ use of UCL services is adhered to.
Please note that the account will be suspended after 14 days (if no action is taken) and deleted at the end of July 2013 (backups will be taken and held on file).  An email will be sent out to the account stating that we have identified the account for deletion. The userid of the account in question will be displayed in the subject line. An example of the email is shown below :-
