Remote and home working

If you have been migrated to SLMS Sync & Share you can access your files and applications through central services.

Select the type of access you require from the four options below:

Option 2

Full access to my SLMS work computer as it has some non-standard applications

Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) to work computer over Virtual Private Network (VPN)

  • Note: Relies on applications installed on your work computer

Option 3

To connect my files on SLMS N: and S: drives direct to my home computer

Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection  and ShareMounter App

Option 4

To connect my home computer to UCL's network only

eg for access to UCL's protected services: FIS MyView etc
