Eduroam Certificate Renewal

Following the renewal of the eduroam certificate, some apple devices (iOS and Mac OS X) are prompting to accept the new certificate.

Providing the certificate is issued to by UTN-USERFirst-Hardware this is the valid certificate and it is safe to accept it.

Some iOS devices are not showing the certificate details (see screenshot below). Although it possible to press accept to proceed and connect normally, this is not recommended without checking the certificate details.
To work around this issue and view the details, you should press the home button, go back to settings, press the (i) symbol next to eduroam and choose "Forget this network" and then reconnect to eduroam (using and your password) Full connection instructions for most operation systems can be found at

ISD's Service Desk goes live with a new service management tool
