There are a range of tools available for finding out about and managing your user account and your departmental Computer Rep is your main point of contact for queries related to your account.

ISD provides a number of services to support Computer Reps, including:
- The Computer Reps Tools (for viewing information on your users).
- The Services System (for requesting access to services).
- MyAccount (for managing users' passwords).
Registered Reps can also contact the Service Desk to:
- Manage Guest access to UCL WiFi services.
- Manage departmental role accounts
