What is Desktop@UCL Apps?
The Desktop@UCL Apps Service allows you to access individual applications on your own computer rather than accessing the Full Desktop each time the application is required. These are known as published applications and are identified by the word 'APP' next to the application as it appears on your computer.
You will need to have installed and configured Citrix Receiver to use the Apps you require and, once you have set them up on your own computer or device, they will appear in your programs/applications list or start menu.
Please note that these applications are not installed on your computer or device but you can use them as if they were, you will need to be connected to the Internet to use the Desktop@UCL Apps Service. For example on campus you can use Eduroam.
