What is Desktop@UCL Anywhere?
This services allows you to access your applications, files and desktop from your own computer or device. This service replaces the ISD Cluster WTS 2000 service from September 2013.
To access the service, use the following link https://my.desktop.ucl.ac.uk
To use this service you will need to have:
- a UCL UserID and password
- Installed the Citrix Receiver
|Important Note! If you are already using Citrix Program Neighbourhood or Citrix Xen App on a standalone machine or on a ISD managed PC , it is not advisable to install the Citrix Receiver as it may cause a conflict. Please see the troubleshooting guide for further information.|
