Microsoft E-Learning


As part of a new offering from Microsoft, you are eligible as UCL staff to access E-Learning courses online at These courses are meant to help you keep up-to-date with the latest major software releases.

Please note that some product and language versions may not be available at the time you activate your courses. For up-to-date information on the availability of E-Learning courses, please visit


None.  This material requires no knowledge of computers beyond some basic web browsing to access the materials.


This material covers the full range of Microsoft desktop applications including:

  • Office 2010 (new content being added)

  • Visio 2003/2007
  • Sharepoint
  • InfoPath 2003/2007
  • Groove
  • FrontPage 2002/2003
  • OneNote 2003/2007

To sign up for E-learning please follow these instructions.

To access your course at any time, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to:
  2. Click the Sign In button in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Sign in using your Windows Live ID and password.
  4. Click the My Learning Catalog link on the left side of the page under Customer Login.
