Reporting a Security Incident

 If you become aware of a security-related issue, whether it relates to a problem with a computer in your department or a system elsewhere, please report it to us. Even if you resolve the matter yourself, it is helpful for us to gather statistics on the number and nature of incidents. We will, if you wish, preserve anonymity.

We have a security incident reporting form which you can view by clicking on the link below. You can print out the form if you want to report an incident to us. Although this gives you an idea of the sort of information we find useful, we are happy to accept reports in any form.
