Contact the E-Learning Environments Team (ELE)

If you are contacting ELE because you are having trouble finding or enrolling on a Moodle course, please contact your tutor for assistance.

If you are contacting ELE to report that you can not login to UCL Moodle or the UCL Wiki please check if you are able to log into other UCL systems, e.g. Desktop@UCL?

  • If you can not login to other UCL systems please contact the IS Helpdesk to receive a new UCL password.

  • If you can login to other UCL systems but are still have problems logging into Moodle/Wiki please try logging in with the first 8 characters of your password only. If this does not work please fill in the form below.

    Please note: UCL's Computer Security Policy requires that passwords are changed on a regular basis, every 150 days. Notification of the requirement to change your password is sent to your UCL email address before it is automatically reset.

Please note: ELE can not answer queries concerning content within Moodle courses, please direct all content related queries to the course tutor.

If you can not login to the form below please email ele@ucl.ac.uk.  You need to include your Full name, UCL user ID and detailed information about your enquiry. E.g. The module title of the Moodle course.
