Welcome event for new research students

Fifteen of our newest research students were welcomed into the Institute with beer and Pizza on Tuesday November 10^th.

The event wasn’t all about socialising as the Graduate tutors and Leigh Kilpert from the Education office took the opportunity to pass on information that will help the students during their research degrees.

It was great that student reps could also be present and we hope that the new cohort will work with us to further improve the environment for research students at the Institute.
