Which people can register with the Queen Square Library?

NB: in all cases, users must have a valid ID card. Users must register to borrow items from the library. For information about access for visitors (i.e. anyone not covered below, please see our general guide). All UCL staff & students will need to obtain a UCL ID card to register with the library.
