UCL Institute of Neurology staff awarded UCL Arena Fellowships and Fellowships of the Higher Education Academy

We are pleased announce that two members of the Education Unit have been awarded UCL Arena Fellowship and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr Caroline Selai, Senior Lecturer and Head of UCL Institute of Neurology Education Unit has been awarded UCL Arena Senior Fellowship and Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy and Mr Matteo Fumagalli, Teaching and eLearning Administrator, has been awarded UCL Arena Associate Fellowship and Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

HEA Fellows have demonstrated a proven, sustained track record of supporting and developing HE Teaching & Learning, for Senior Fellows with a specific focus on management and leadership.

Caroline Selai says “I am delighted to have been awarded Senior Fellowship. This is great for me personally and also for the Institute of Neurology (IoN). We have seen a tremendous growth in teaching and education at IoN. Our many highly talented staff are working on leading-edge teaching initiatives. It is a great pleasure to be Head of IoN Education Unit and to work with such a talented team”.
