Statistical Parametric Mapping for MEG/EEG

(Presented by the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging)

May 13 (Mon) - 15 (Wed) 2013

The course will present instruction on the analysis of EEG and MEG data.  The first two days will combine theoretical presentations with practical demonstrations of the different data analysis methods implemented in SPM.  On the last day participants will have the opportunity to work on SPM tutorial data sets under the supervision of the course faculty.  We also invite students to bring their own data for analysis. The course is suitable for both beginners and more advanced users. We advise students to gain at least some minimal familiarity with the methodology, for example, from reading introductory articles available from the SPM web page (http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/doc/intro/).

Statistical Parametric Mapping Short Course SPM for fMRI and MRI/VBM - FULL

Thursday 16th – Saturday 18th May 2013

For users with some experience

Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging
UCL Institute of Neurology
Queen Square, London, UK

The course will present instruction on the analysis and characterisation of neuroimaging data, including: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and functional MRI (fMRI). The three-day course will be divided into theoretical sessions covering experimental design and statistical inference and practical sessions in which SPM will be used to analyse exemplar data sets.  This course is intended for those with previous experience of SPM; a course suitable for beginners will be held in October 2013.
