Panicos’s abstract, “Congenic Amniotic Fluid Stem Cells Show Stable Long-Term Engraftment in the Haematopoietic System after In Utero Transplantation”, has been selected by the 2014 Scientific Program Committee to receive one of the 25 SGI President’s Presenter Awards, this award comes with $1000 research grant.
The Society for Gynecologic Investigation (SGI) is a 60 year old prestigious scientific organisation in obstetrics and gynaecology. The SGI has 1187 members throughout the world. SGI members conduct basic, translational and clinical investigation in the reproductive sciences and women’s health. Many members hold prestigious international grants and serve on study sections and advisory councils for governmental agencies and private foundations.
