IJS International Summer Conference

The IJS International Summer Conference will be held this year on Tuesday September 1st and Wednesday September 2nd 2015 at UCL. The subject is Depicting Jewish Thought and the conference will be in honour of Prof. Ada Rapoport-Albert.

Condolences for Professor Robert Wistrich

We are sure our supporters will join the staff of the Institute of Jewish Studies at University College London in extending sincere condolences to the colleagues and family of Professor Robert Wistrich who sadly passed away on May 19th. We remember with gratitude and pleasure the lecture which Professor Wistrich delivered for the Institute last year, and his long-standing association with UCL. His erudition and courtesy will be long remembered and he will be much missed as part of the global academic community.
