We lead the world in teaching for global health. At the Institute for Global Health, we prepare our students for a real understanding of global health work. We offer cutting edge programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level, uniting traditional public health concerns with a breadth of other disciplines. 

Experienced staff unite traditional public health concerns with economics, law, philosophy, geography, anthropology and other disciplines. In addition to the learning opportunities available within IGH, students have access to a wide range of seminars and lectures throughout UCL.

The Global Health iBSc is a year-long course for intergrating medical students. You can apply to take an integrated year at the Institute for Global Health in your 3rd year. Based in the Faculty of Population Health Sciences, the BSc was the first of its kind in Europe, providing teaching on global health to UCL students.
