Research Facilities
The Infectious Diseases and Microbiology Unit is based at the
Hugh
and Catherine Stevenson Centre for Childhood Infectious Diseases and
Immunology in the Institute of Child Health.
The Unit enjoys excellent facilities with large multi-bay laboratories equipped for tissue culture, protein fractionation, molecular genetics and FACS analysis.
The Unit is part of the Infection & Immunity
Theme at ICH and collaborates closely with the other Units in this Theme,
the Clinical
Immunology Department of Great Ormond Street Hospital and
the Division of Infection
and Immunity at University College London.
