	New Starters and Limited Leave to Remain Reminder Systems - HR View The new starters reminder system is a web based tool to be used by Departmental Administrators/Contacts to confirm to HR the starting status of the new appointees within their department. The Limited Leave to Remain Reminder system is a web-based repository of information to monitor right to work annual checks and expiry dates of staff holding limited leave to remain in the UK for their employment at UCL. 	Online Job Evaluation Database This is both a web-based tool for grading jobs at UCL based on the job evaluation scheme, HERA (Higher Education Role Analysis) and a resource to store Job Description Outlines (JDOs) submitted from April 2011.

	Online Maternity Leave Calculator This system provides immediately available information to employees regarding their maternity leave entitlements, as well as allowing them to look at and simulate different leave options.

	UCL Advert Search Screen This system allows you to search for adverts either by the unique advert code, job title or department and provides all information on UCL adverts including the text, where the advert was placed, associated costs and where these were charged

	Salary Cost Analysis Access System This tool allows administrator/HoD to modify or grant additional authorised access to the cost analysis reports via MyView for staff within their own departments.

	Redeployment Database Recruiting managers are required to inspect and consider the CVs of redeployees before advertising jobs.
