Guidance on Internet Explorer security setting to allow file download

Step 1: Click Tools and then Internet Options in Internet Explorer.

Step 2: Click tab Security and then Custom Level.

Step 3: Scroll down the list until options labeled 'Downloads' appears. Click on radio button marked Enable to allow file downloads from Internet Explorer.
