The roll out across UCL is phased between May and July 2009. The first tranche of users will be from the following areas and will be going live at the middle of May:

•  Faculty of Life Sciences

•  Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering

•  Wolfson Institute of Biomedical Research

•  Cancer Institute

•  Institute of Child Health

•  Population Health

•  HR

Whilst some additional Faculties / Divisions / Departments have been briefed and involved in demonstrations, with the subject of roll out dates discussed, some others are still to be contacted. Those areas that have not been contacted will be approached over the next month to discuss their involvement.
