The UCL Qatar HR team has both corporate and operational responsibilities covering the development and maintenance of local employment policies, the full range of HR procedures and systems as well as the provision of a range of HR services to managers and individual members of staff.

The Director of HR has overall responsibility for the Human Resources function and ensures the function meets the needs of the UCL Qatar community by providing leadership and direction to the HR team as well as advising managers and staff on HR related matters.
