Service Standards
- Once an appropriately worded advert (see guidance at http://www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/rome/advert_templates/index.php) is received this will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. These turnarounds are subject to the appropriate proof of funding, the financial approval reference number (where appropriate) and the job evaluation reference being supplied. If the advert is going to print, Departments are required to sign off the final proof of the advert prior to its placement (nb proofs are not provided to Departments for verification prior to placement on websites).
- Temporary staff bookings will be arranged with the approved supplier within 24 hours of receipt of a financially approved request. In cases of emergency, every effort will be made to book temporary workers at short notice. HR Operations also act as the liaison between the department and the supplying agency if there are issues with the placement. Please note: Where specialist knowledge or skills are required, longer notice may be required.
