Future Leaders Programme

Overview:
UCL QuadUCL is committed to training and supporting academic leaders of exceptional potential. To this end the SLMS Academic Careers Office, together with UCL Organisational Development have designed the Future Leaders Programme.

Launching in October 2013, we will provide bespoke academic leadership training delivered by a world-class faculty to two successive cohorts of sixteen individuals selected from across the School of Life and Medical Sciences on the basis of their exceptional leadership potential. All participants will also have the opportunity to lead a short management and leadership project within the School, in order not only to learn about leadership but to participate in helping the School reach its ambitious goals.

Participants:
Staff based in the School of Life and Medical Sciences. Participants will be selected on the basis of their exceptional leadership potential.
