Introduction to Managing UCL Finances (renamed from Managing Financial Resources)

Participants:
This course is for you if you are grade 6-8 with leadership or management responsibility, or if you anticipate taking on management responsibility within the coming year.

Please note that you will have already covered a substantial amount of this workshop if you have previously completed the workshop 'Understanding Finance - The Basics'.

(This workshop will not include training on how to process finance using FIS. For more information on this, please go to the FIS training website and for information on financial regulations please go to the UCL Finance Division website)
