Realising our potential through you - Focus Groups

Overview:
Providing staff with access to effective, high-quality professional development remains a cornerstone of UCL’s Organisation & Staff Development (OSD) team’s mission. To ensure that the programmes we provide are relevant, accessible and meet your needs, it is vital that we understand the current / emerging priorities, challenges faced, along with the appropriate learning and development to support this.

We therefore encourage you to come and input into one of 12 focus groups we have arranged over the month of June to give us an insight into how we can better support you in the near future and longer term.

Date, time and venue:
We will be running 2 hour focus groups targeting specific colleagues. Spaces are limited to 12 colleagues per focus group, so if you are keen to help us shape future learning and development at UCL, please sign up to the group related to your role and grade, using the 'How to book' link below. Either morning or afternoon sessions are available.
