Developing Accredited Internal Coaches

Pre-work:	A small amount of Pre-work to be completed prior to the first workshop. This should take no more than 2 hours to complete and is critical to the workshop
4 days of workshops and some practice and sustainability elements scheduled as follows:
Week 1	2 Day Workshop on 3 and 4 July 2013, 0930-1700
Week 3	Supervised Coaching Practice Circle (90 min)
Week 4	Review of Coaching during last practice circle (30 min)
Week 5	Coaching Practice Circle (90 min)
Week 7	2 Day Workshop 7 and 8 October 2013, 0930-1700
Week 9	Coaching Practice Circle (90 min)
Week 11	Coaching Practice Circle (90 min)
Week 12	Review of Coaching during last practice circle and Resubmission of Coaching Skills Questionnaire (60 min)
Week 13	Final Supervised Coaching Circle and Assessment (90 min) Plus Submission of your Coaching Biography and internal paperwork (60 min)
Week 14	Survey completed (10 minutes) and Certificates Issued

Additional Support:

Weekly emails during the first 3 months containing additional support materials to help maximise learning 'Coaching Skills'
Tips Post accreditation, short fortnightly emails containing
coaching tips designed to stimulate your thinking about how you can further improve your coaching skills

Further coaching accreditation is possible after this course:
These modules count toward an ILM7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, should you want to complete additional training within 2 years of this programme starting.

On successful completion of this course you will be added to the UCL Internal Group of Coaches. UCL will continue to provide you with Coaching Supervision whilst you remain available as a Coach to UCL Staff through the UCL Coaching Website.
