Professional Development Programme 2012-13

A comprehensive Professional Development Programme for UCL

Following consultation with colleagues across the organisation, this year sees a re-focusing of the Open Programme to a new comprehensive Professional Development Programme for 2012-13.  This dynamic and responsive programme of over 50 courses is provided centrally, and can be accessed free by all UCL staff. 

The programme includes development in areas such as: leadership, finance, project management, resilience, communication skills, personal effectiveness; and a number of popular researcher specific courses, which include grant writing and networking skills.

We encourage you to take some time to review the learning and development in the new 2012-13 programme.  There are a number of ways to explore the programme; by theme, level of responsibility or searching the A-Z.
