Personal Impact and Confident Networking

Participants:
This course is open to all staff.

Please note that you will have already covered a substantial amount of this workshop if you have already completed "Personal Effectiveness - Making an Impact (UCL Management Programme)"

Overview:
This is an actor facilitated workshop in a small group; participants receive a lot of individual support and coaching. The course includes exercises in assertiveness, listening skills and body language, and provides participants with individual strategies for enhancing their personal impact.

Anticipated learning outcomes:
By the end of this session, you will have a fuller understanding of:

strengths in your interpersonal skills
strategies for your development
to learn skills to improve my confidence and networking.
personal impact and improving confidence generally.
networking views and strategies.
networking skills.
networking ability.
confidence within professional situations
