Leadership in Action is a three-day intensive experiential leadership programme designed to prepare early career researchers for leadership in their chosen research field and which will also place them in good stead to show leadership within the wider community.

What does the course involve?
You need no previous or current leadership experience to apply. What you do need is a commitment to learn about yourself, to reflect on and improve on your leadership and to help others do the same.
There are only 18 available places on this course to UCL researchers and each place has a market value of over £1000. There are 36 places in total. Researchers on the UCL payroll may participate for free as the costs for your place will be met by Organisational Development, Human Resources Division. Successful applicants will be asked to send a £50 cheque which constitutes a returnable cancellation charge.
