The Learning Event Recording System can be used by Departmental Administrators or Heads of Department to record departmental skills training on behalf of their staff. This could include departmental events such as away-days, training sessions or conferences.
Enter your central UCL ID and password then click on Submit.
Once logged in select the 'My Training Record' tab.
You will now see a new page. Where it says 'Record Self Directed Training', enter information about any conference or training sessions that you have attended.
1. In the ‘Event’ box , please type the title of the course or training session.
2. For ‘Event media’, please select from the drop down menu.
3. In ‘Event type’, again, please select from the drop down.
4. For ‘Provider’ you can use free text.
5. For ‘duration’ use the SELECT drop down and then put a number in ‘duration’.
6. For ‘start date’ and ‘end date’, click the calendar.
You can record 5 training events from this page. To add more records, click on the 'Add another row' button.
Click on the 'Add Course Information' button. This information has now been recorded.
