The Doctoral Skills Development Programme has now joined the Organisational Development team

I am pleased to announce that the Doctoral Schools Skills Development programme formally the Skills Development programme under the Graduate School has now joined the Organisational Development team from 1 July 2014.

UCL is keen to maximise the potential of its people and to ensure we use our resources in the most effective way. This change enables us to bring our expertise together to maximise the collective impact we can make in the field of development.

As such, we see this change as a positive step towards reviewing, evaluating and overhauling the current offer to ensure it is not only fit for purpose but provides the foundation and necessary challenge to equip and support our Researcher community, students and staff to excel in their endeavours to make positive impacts on the body of research, discovery and transference of knowledge.

The change is being managed to ensure the minimum disruption to the service you received and as such you can access the courses and services you use in the same way.

Over the course of the next six to eight months, we will be reviewing the support we provide to ensure it remains relevant and cutting edge. We will keep you informed by updates through a range of mediums such as the website, emails and other sources.
As such I would encourage you to look out for these.

In the meantime, your engagement in the pending review is most welcomed so if you have any ideas about how we could continue to update our programme of activities please let us know by sending an email to:

Miss Vathani Mariampillai - Executive Assistant to:

Charlotte Croffie,
Director of Organisational Development,

Any comments and suggestions will be considered as part of the pending review.

Finally, the Organisational Development team look forward to working together to ensure our researcher; student and staff community continue to get the best development we can offer.
