UCL Aspiring Managers Programme
Participants: Staff on grades 5 or 6 who aspire to become managers at UCL.
Pre-requisites: Please note that you will need your line managers approval to attend and a £250 contribution from your department. Booking to join the first date of the programme will commit you to attending the entire programme, your place will not be confirmed until payment from your department has been received. Please book in the usual way and we will contact you for payment.

UCL Aspiring Managers Programme offers training support for aspiring managers within UCL with the overall aim of helping them to understand the manager's role and be able to apply key skills.
The Aspiring Managers Programme is designed to focus on the key management skills needed. It will enhance managers and supervisors' performance management capabilities and abilities to use analytical, diagnostic, solution and reflection tools to improve workplace performance.
The programme consists of four one-day modules held in two day blocks. On successful completion of the programme each participant will receive an ILM Development Award. To review the modules please follow this link:
