Organisational Development Consultant

Daniela is responsible for planning, managing and developing all aspects of the extensive doctoral skills programme for the UCL postgraduate research students and the Bloomsbury Postgraduate Skills Network. She ensures that the doctoral skills programme is aligned with UCL’s Research Strategy and the national quality standards, identifies the training needs of researchers, agrees course content, evaluates feedback and manages the budget. She is the main contact for liaising with UCL departments and external institutions for enhancing the skills training provision and first-line manager to the Doctoral Skills Courses Officer.
Winner of the Times Higher Education Awards and recognised at a UK national level in three consecutive years, Daniela is highly regarded for outstanding support in developing and inspiring researchers to reach their potential.
A qualified CIPD trainer, an ILM coach and an MBTI practitioner, Daniela has extensive experience in setting up research networks, mentoring schemes and one-to-one coaching. She delivers research skills workshops at UCL and across other universities in the UK and internationally.
