Getting support to quit smoking increases your chances of successfully quitting by 4 times. Stop Smoking advisers will talk to you about your options and can provide a letter of support to your GP for aids such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy and Zyban , if they are suitable for you. If you prefer, 1:1 sessions can be booked with your local Stop Smoking Service. These sessions are arranged with a pharmacist in your area at a time convenient to you. You will be seen for 5 weekly sessions and these sessions can be tailored to your individual needs.
