If you are a smoker and want to give up you are 4 times more likely to be successful if you get support. UCL offers staff a number of ways to get support. The Employee Assistance Programme can provide practical general information on smoking cessation.  There is no limit to the number of calls you can make and you will have the benefit of immediate access to professional and confidential telephone support from a smoking cessation specialist. Family members who live with you can use the service too. For further details click here or contact EAR Smoking Support: 0800 243 458 or Minicom: 020 8987 6574
