Welcome to UCL Human Resources. The HR division has both corporate
and operational responsibilities covering the development and maintenance of
employment policies, procedures and systems and the provision for a range of services
to managers and individual members of staff. These services include recruitment,
contract formation, remuneration, pensions, staff wellbeing and staff development.

| Payroll Services is responsible for paying UCL employees and
providing guidance on Tax and NI issues as well operating the GAYE, child care
voucher, bicycle and voluntary benefit reward schemes. |

| UCL Pension Services provides a professional and effective on-site service to UCL employees and UCL stakeholders, both internal and external for all pension scheme membership matters. Pension Scheme Membership is an important and significant part of the overall UCL benefits package. |

| Responsible for managing and processing requests for all new contracts and changes to contracts of employment; advice on procedures and policies; honorary appointments; research passports; and right to work employment legislation advice. |

| The HR Advisory Services Team provide a professional advice and guidance service to managers and staff on non routine employment related issues. |

and leadership and management development. Also provides professional advice
on change management and organisational design. |

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing team provide a comprehensive occupational
health service to assist UCL in promoting physical and
psychological well being and prevent illness and injury arising from work activity.
