Support for all e-HR systems and applications

The HR Systems Helpdesk provides support for all e-HR systems and applications including the self-service tool MyHR, employment administration workflow tools and the HR/Payroll database MyHR.

If you have a problem with, or access issue to, an HR supported system, please email: hr-services@ucl.ac.uk, describing the details of the issue.

Opening Hours
The HR Systems Helpdesk opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. An answering service operates for calls received outside of core hours.
