Staff Anti-Harassment

Hello and welcome to UCL's anti-harassment web site.

Please note that this site is for UCL staff. There is a separate website for UCL students.

We hope you will find the information useful and will have the confidence to complain about bullying and harassment in your work place should it arise.

It is important to report such matters, to raise awareness of the unacceptability of such behaviour and so the matter may be fully investigated and where proven, action taken against the perpetrator to resolve the matter and prevent a recurrence to yourself or others.

Harassment and bullying are completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated at UCL. The College is committed to preventing harassment and will take any allegations of harassment and bullying extremely seriously, and will investigate as a matter of urgency.

The UCL policy on harassment and bullying in relation to staff can be downloaded from this web site. click here

How to contact the trained, volunteer harassment advisors is available below. They are available to listen to members of UCL staff who believe they are being harassed, to clarify the options available and to support and assist you through the process of resolving the matter. All cases will be treated in confidence.

The harassment advisors and UCL's Head of Equalities and Diversity will monitor these cases and their outcomes, but these records will be stored in the strictest confidence.

Information is available on UCL's Harassment Advisors.
