Off-set the carbon you use if you have a garden plant a tree if you have space, if you have a flat think about a window box or make a donation to an environmental charity eg the Woodland trust or Trees for Cities
Turning off appliances would save 465,000 tonnes of CO2 (£115m/yr)
Wash clothes at 30 degrees saves 98,000 tonnes of CO2
A 5 minute shower = 35litres of water cut down by 1 minute
