Seminar: 'Straight talking: the impact of heterosexism in the workplace'
Overview: The seminar will include practical workshops on how organisations can provide a more inclusive workplace culture for lesbian, gay and bisexual staff. This seminar has been jointly organised by the Royal College of Psychiatrists Gay and Lesbian Special Interest Group and UCL Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Team.
Speakers include Sir Stephen Wall, Chair of UCL Council and James Taylor from Stonewall.
This event is open to managers and all staff with human resource responsibilities
