UCL has over 22,000 students from a broad range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.  Over a third of our students are from a black and minority ethnic background.

UCL's staff profile is also diverse. We believe that promoting a multi-ethnic and inclusive environment provides an array of positive benefits, such as increased morale, and an enhanced ability to attract talented people from all backgrounds.
