There are a number of people who you can contact if you are having issues related to work.
UCL currently has 5 Dignity at Work advisors who are available to listen to members of UCL staff who believe they are being harassed, to clarify the options available and to support and assist you through the process of resolving the matter. All cases will be treated in confidence. Contact details for the advisors can be found here.
UCL provides a free and confidential, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) from Workplace Options, an independent, provider of employee support services. Their staff are specialists in fields such as counselling, well-being, family matters, relationships, debt management, workplace issues, and much more.
Each department also has a Departmental Equal Opportunities Liaison Officer (DEOLO) who you can also speak to for advice. Find your DEOLO here.
You can also contact Sarah Guise the Head of Equalities and Diversity for support and advice.
