Title: Introduction to British Sign Language (BSL), by Gavin Lilley, BSL Tutor
Type of event: Lunchtime workshop
Overview: The session will introduce participants to the basics of BSL, learning the alphabet, numbers, everyday phrases and how to introduce themselves and give greetings in this rich, visual language. There will be some Deaf awareness training included.
