Revalidation

Revalidation is the General Medical Councils new way of regulating licensed doctors. Revalidation will usually take place every five years, and requires the licensed doctor to have regular appraisals based on the GMC’s core guidance for doctors, Good Medical Practice.

UCL staff holding an Honorary clinical appointment will be revalidated by Trust at which they hold their primary Honorary appointment.
