This lunchtime presentation aims to help you tame your inbox and cope better with email overload. It outlines some simple methods to process messages, and suggests techniques and shortcuts to help you clear your Inbox and keep it that way. It will also suggests ways you and your colleagues can minimise your own contribution to the deluge of emails received every day. IS: Mail and Contacts in Outlook 2010
This trainer-led session is for those who wish to learn to use Outlook 2010 and who have previously used other email applications. Training will be based on using Live@UCL. If you already use an earlier version of Outlook, some of this may be revision but the course also covers changes to the Outlook interface and navigation and new and revised features like Categories, Quick Steps and Automatic Replies.There are no future events for this course listed. -
IS: Managing your Calendar in Outlook 2010
This trainer-led session is for those who wish to learn to use Outlook 2010 and who have previously used other calendar software such as Oracle Calendar. Training will be based on using Live@UCL. This course is not ideally suited to people migrating from earlier versions of Outlook who are very familiar with all Outlook functionality, for whom we recommend the Moving to Office 2010 demonstrations and workshops. IS: Moving to Office 2010 workshop
This course is designed to give you an overview of what's new in Office 2010 including how the Office interface has changed, useful new features and enhanced features for integrating Office applications.
